Mouse cursor persists with Ignore Deactivation The other one is that when you go to get that window to be the size of one of your virtual screens it doesn't notice it at all. The biggest give away is that the title bar buttons are gone for tha application.

I can Alt-Tab through them but can't pull them up again and have to restart. When I start working with CPU/Memory heavy apps all of my windows disappear.
